  The first step in the process is to arrange for a free initial meeting to discuss your estate planning needs. The meeting should last approximately 45 minutes and can be at either my office or your home. At that meeting, we will complete an estate planning questionnaire which provides information concerning your family history, assets, liabilities and other information to help determine what you need .

At the end of that meeting, based on this information, I will give you my recommendation as to what is needed and an estimated cost for my services. You will then decide whether you wish to retain me. If we decide to go forward, I generally put together a draft of the documents within 10 days, send drafts to you for your review and, upon your approval you come in and execute the documents under my supervision. In emergency circumstances, I have executed such plans in as little as 24 hours.  |  Email
